All Berjaya Deck Ovens are provided with double layered viewing window on the door with lighting for easy visibility of the baking items without wastage of heat from the oven. Reflective boards are installed in Berjaya deck ovens for uniform heating results. The whole baking system within Berjaya gas oven is controlled using computerized pulse ignition and flame intensity monitoring system which is of one of the best in the market. Berjaya gas deck ovens are provided with timers, which could be used by the baker to alert themselves once the baking time is completed. All berjaya deck ovens are provided with separate temperature controllers for the top burner and bottom burner. The baker can thus adjust the temperatures on the top and bottom in order to adjust to his/her recipes.
